Private Training
Having private training has a few benefits. You will get your full attention from Dani and no distractions. Training is 60 minutes. Having the ability to also choose how many times you want to be trained.

Semi-Private
Semi-Private training you will be working with up to 2 or 3 other clients. You will still have your own individualized programming to your needs. Coach Dani will be going back and forth giving you notes and making sure you are on top of what you are supposed to be doing. Or you can grab a friend and both do the same workout.

One Week in Gym Monthly Program
On a budget, but still want to make sure you are doing the correct movements? Don’t you worry. With this program you will come in the first week of your individualized program to go over with Dani. After the first week is done then you move on to doing the rest of program on your own! This program you will have full access to the coach and will have videos as well through the app.
